  • In order to keep your Mini Waffle Maker in pristine working order, thoroughly clean the appliance after each use. This will prevent the build-up of food or oil. Using a damp, soapy cloth, wipe down the cooking surface & cover. Thoroughly rinse the cloth & wipe again. Thoroughly dry the mini mini waffle maker before storing. More cleaning tips can be found on page 6 in the Waffly Fit Cookbook.

  • There are 24 workouts included.

  • In the back of the Waffly Fit Cookbook you will find images of every single exercise. This will give you a clear understanding of how each move should be performed. If you are physically unable to perform a certain exercise, that’s okay! Simply look through the list of exercises and replace it with a similar move that you are more comfortable with.

  • Nope! The only piece of equipment required is something you always carry with you… YOUR BODY! You will be surprised at how challenging the workouts are, with just your bodyweight alone. Whether you are completely new to fitness, or an elite athlete, you will benefit from them. If you want to make any exercises more difficult, though, feel free add some more resistance with a band or a weight.

  • There are 90 recipes, including healthy breakfasts, entrees, side dishes, desserts and treat meals.

  • Yes, that correct amount of protein, carbohydrates and fat is written at the bottom of each recipe.

  • Absolutely! There are many vegan recipes included in the Waffly Fit Cookbook and any recipe that isn’t can easily be modified. The waffle mix that I recommend (Kodiak Cakes) has animal protein in it. However, Kodiak Cakes also makes a vegan waffle mix, which is a simple swap. You can also substitute any animal product with a plant based option.

  • Yes there are! There are also vegan, dairy free and gluten free recipes.
