Away Team is a functional body-building guide that targets each muscle group using many different challenging, yet fun techniques. It makes up 1/3 of the Guides in the Team Series. This means it is designed to be completed in conjunction with the Home Team and All-Star Team training Guides if you are seeking more intensity and variety in your workout routine. Low and high intensity cardio workouts are also included in this Guide and are crucial if you wish to see optimal results. Away Team will challenge you whether you are an advanced gym junkie or a beginner to strength training. Each exercise is linked to a video tutorial that demonstrates proper form and technique in case of any confusion.
Away Team is 8-weeks long, but can be repeated as many times as desired. There are 6 workouts per week, with one rest day. Individual workouts alternate between upper body strength, high intensity cardio and core, lower body strength, low intensity cardio and core and full body strength.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: If you do not have access to some of the required equipment, there are always substitution and modification options. If you need help with this, you can always reach out and ask.
