All-Star Team is a cross training guide, created with athletes in mind. Workouts challenge each muscle group using many different functional, intense and fun techniques. This Guide makes up 1/3 of the Guides in the Team Series and is designed and recommended to be completed in conjunction with the Home and Away Team training Guides. Low and high intensity cardio workouts are also included in this Guide and are crucial if you wish to see optimal results. All-Star Team is perfect if you are ready to workout at the next level and train for performance, not just aesthetics. This Guide is not recommended for beginners; however, a beginner can certainly modify the workouts in this guide. Each exercise is linked to a video tutorial that demonstrates proper form and technique in case of any confusion.
All Star Team is 8-weeks long, but can be repeated as many times as desired. There are 6 workouts per week, with one rest day. Individual workouts alternate between upper body strength, high intensity cardio and core, lower body strength, low intensity cardio and core and full body strength.
If you do not have access to some of the required equipment, there are always substitution and modification options. If you need help with this, you can always reach out and ask.
